About the Role
The Opportunity This role is built for an Export Manager who wants clear ownership, structure, and growth. You will take full responsibility for the export process, working closely with manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to move finished products into regional and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full export process from order confirmation to final delivery
- Coordinate with manufacturing to align production schedules to export deadlines
- Handle export documentation, compliance, and shipping requirements
- Work with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and logistics partners
- Support sales and management with export pricing, timelines, and market insights
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in an Export Manager or Export Coordinator role
- Proven understanding of export logistics, shipping terms, and Incoterms
- Experience with customs documentation, compliance, and cross-border trade
- Ability to work closely with manufacturing and operations teams
- Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (if applicable)
- 3–5 years’ experience in an Export Manager or Export Coordinator role (experience mentioned above meets this requirement)
