About the Role
We are seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to join a growth-focused organisation, where they can leverage their expertise in financial management and stakeholder engagement to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Full finance function management
- Monthly management reporting and variance analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Cash flow and working capital management
- Audit and compliance oversight
- Stakeholder engagement at operational and executive level
- Process improvements and internal control strengthening
Requirements
- BCom in Accounting / Finance (CA(SA) advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a financial management role
- Experience in operational, multi-entity or fast-paced environments advantageous
- Strong ERP system exposure and advanced MS Excel skills
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical capability
