Financial Accountant | Hospitality Group | Johannesburg Kendrick Recruitment is currently recruiting for a dynamic and detail-driven Financial Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established hospitality operation where you’ll play a key role in driving financial control, compliance, and profitability across the business. Key Requirements: • 2–4 years’ experience as a Financial Accountant or Finance Manager within the hospitality industry • Proven ability to manage and supervise a finance team with minimal supervision • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting • Experience preparing monthly and weekly financial reports and financial packs • Sound knowledge of financial controls, audits, compliance, and statutory requirements • Ability to interpret financial results and report anomalies to senior management • Commercially astute with strong leadership and people-management skills • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail Systems & Technical Skills: • Proficient in Microsoft Office with good to advanced Excel skills • Experience using SAGE One • Experience with VIP Payroll / PaySpace • Working knowledge of CIMSO (advantageous) Package: • Salary: R40,000 CTC per month • Medical Aid included as part of the CTC package If you’re ready to step into a hands-on, impactful accounting role within hospitality, please send your updated CV, qualifications, and supporting documentation Please note: Only candidates who meet the listed requirements will be contacted.
