FLEET CONTROLLER – (Building Material Sector) Location: Johannesburg/South – Alberton Salary: R8K – 10K CTC Negotiable Join a dynamic team in the heart of the building materials Supply industry, to manage a fleet. The key is to keep the wheels rolling, contributing to DRIVING SALES. Key Responsibilities: Monitor fleet movements and ensure timely deliveries and collections Record and maintain trip sheets, logbooks, and driver timesheets Report and follow up on vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and maintenance issues Liaise with drivers to ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures Communicate with clients and internal departments regarding deliveries and delays Update and manage fleet management systems or spreadsheets daily Coordinate replacement vehicles when breakdowns occur. Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ fleet management experience Proficient in Computer Literacy.
