The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of high-end safari hospitality and the ability to deliver world-class experiences that seamlessly merge luxury with authenticity. Responsibilities Lead all lodge operations, ensuring impeccable guest service. Develop and implement innovative experiences that highlight the destination. Recruit, train, and empower staff to embody excellence and professionalism. Ensure seamless coordination between front of house, guides, and F&B teams. Oversee financial performance, budgets, and cost control. Drive sustainability and conservation-focused initiatives in line with our ethos. Host with presence, ensuring each guest feels personally cared for. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in a luxury safari lodge or 5-star hospitality environment. Proven ability to lead teams in remote, fast-paced environments. Strong financial management and strategic planning expertise. Deep knowledge of the safari and luxury travel market.
