What You`ll Do

Deliver 5-star support to partner drivers and Riders

Deliver high-quality presentations to new and existing partner drivers to ensure they are fully informed and passionate about the opportunity

Assist drivers in signing up and learning about all the tools they need to succeed on the platform, going beyond mere problem-solving

Stay updated on new policies, procedures, and programs that affect drivers

Handle ad hoc responsibilities from line managers Work with the Driver Operations team to enhance our processes

What Youll Need

Flexibility and willingness to travel when required

Proficiency in English

Ability to operate on a day-to-day basis from an office
