Job Summary
Graduate parts administrator (Isando). (fixed term contract for 12 months). EE post. We required someone that has just received Certificate/Diploma in business administration.
Duties:
parts administrative functions to process and procedures compliance including, capturing of data, system and documentation processing, customer liaison relating to parts supply and service. General administration etc. daily filing of sales orders, credit notes, purchase orders, assist with PODs. Assist customers and dealers with waybill numbers and tacking of parcels. Creditors: managing purchase order receipts and ensuring that documents are submitted to creditors for payment. Follow up with local suppliers on outstanding purchase orders.
