Responsibilities:
1. Drive the innovation, development, and refinement of our advanced fatigue monitoring and driver behaviour cameras. 2. Evaluate the performance of our existing hardware against market competitors, identifying areas for improvement and enhancement. 3. Work closely with our Machine Learning team to create camera technology that meets our Machine Vision objectives, ensuring cohesive alignment of hardware and software components. 4. Maintain regular interaction with various stakeholders, addressing their complex needs and feedback, aiding in solution generation. 5. Provide detailed technical explanations about the functionality of our product, the rationale behind its design choices, and the approach towards problem-solving. 6. Conduct extensive research and exploratory work in looking for innovative products, sustainable alternative solutions, and efficient configurations to continuously improve our hardware solutions.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Divisional Lead in Hardware Product Development within a corporate environment. 2. Exceptional leadership skills. 3. In-depth knowledge of hardware design, camera technology and their practical applications. 4. Excellent communication skills, with ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. 5. Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and solutions. 6. Up-to-date with IT trends and advancements in technology.
