Who Are We Looking For A commercially minded leader with a proven track record in entertainment, events, or venue management. You are strategic, creative, and able to negotiate high-value partnerships while driving revenue growth. You inspire and lead teams to deliver exceptional entertainment experiences. What Will You Do Develop and execute a commercially focused entertainment and events strategy. Identify, negotiate, and manage high-value partnerships and deals. Maximise venue utilisation and revenue opportunities. Oversee major events, ensuring strategic alignment and exceptional guest experiences. Use data and market insights to guide decision-making and optimise results. Build and mentor a high-performing entertainment and events team. Collaborate across marketing, digital, and operations teams to integrate and promote events. What Do You Need Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. 10–12 years’ relevant experience, with at least 5 years in senior management. Proven success in revenue generation, partnership development, and large-scale event management. Strong negotiation, networking, and commercial skills. Ability to manage multimillion-rand budgets and complex stakeholder relationships. Strategic thinking, innovation, and a customer-centric mindset.
