This is a hands-on, developmental leadership role for a chef who is deeply present in the kitchen, passionate about craft, precision and innovation , and committed to mentoring and elevating culinary teams . The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping a contemporary fine-dining identity , where detail, quality and consistency are paramount.
