Payroll input for 2 companies (includes input, SARS, benefits provident, medical). Benefits understanding of pension/provident fund benefits and how it works to onboard or terminate these Skills has done WSP/ATR before and submitted to SETA on their own and has captured skills information for training on an HR system before Electronic HR Systems has worked on a system and understands the importance of data accuracy and timely input and is able to pull reports from there Employment law and policies within the scope of work at a minimum but BCEA and LRA as it relates to leave, sick leave Communication and stakeholder engagement and management they have various providers for benefits and then the employees Reports payroll, skills related and any other ad hoc reports Record keeping.
