About the Role
Our engineering / manufacturing client is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with business units and provide strategic HR expertise, supporting the achievement of business goals. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and improve organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.
- Identify training and development needs and facilitate appropriate programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR software is a plus.
