The successful incumbent will partner with the business to create an empowered and learning culture within the company whilst fostering a positive work environment ensuring an exceptional employee Lifecyle experience.</span></p><p><strong><span style="color:black;">Key Requirements</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:black;">Recognized relevant HR/ Business / Hospitality qualification</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Minimum 3 years proficiency working with human resources processes and practices within a hospitality environment</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Ability to handle sensitive information and situations with discretion and professionalism.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Strong ethics and reliability and confidentiality essential</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Good understanding of labour laws and HR processes and best practices</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Professional and positive disposition</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Strong critical thinker with conflict resolution and problem-solving skills</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Ability to facilitate change within an organization.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Strong planning, organizing and attention to detail skills</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Ability to multitask and work within a fast paced pressurized and team orientated environment</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Be well versed in the English language essential</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software / systems</span></p></li></ul><p><strong><span style="color:black;">Key responsibilities</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:black;">Support and assist the HR Senior Leader to execute HR processes, practices and initiatives as required.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Conduct and facilitate day-to-day HR tasks across various functions</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders and business partners.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Employee Relations: Administration of employee relations related processes</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Facilitate and assist with disciplinary processes, investigations</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Facilitate employee onboarding, exit processes, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Partner and collaborate with the business to determine and maintain key performance metrics and structures</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Serve as a support and coach on people-related matters to both leadership and employees.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Foster a culture of growth, development and performance.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Manage and facilitate hotel trainees and rotation programme and assessments</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Collaborate with management to identify talent needs and implement personal development plans</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Ensures adherence and compliance with all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audits as required</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Participate in and/ or facilitate HR related forums and committees</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Assist operations with guidance on HR policies, procedures and employee benefit practices</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Facilitate employee life cycle processes, procedures, and changes.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Facilitate start to end process for non-management recruitment processes</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Facilitate and drive Wellness initiatives</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Administer employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Assist with Learning and Development administration as required</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and contribute to maintaining high employee morale.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Perform other duties as and when required</span></p></li></ul>
