About the Role
We are seeking a professional and organised HVAC Administrative Assistant (Support Consultant) to support our operations and technical teams in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative coordination, client communication, quoting, and technical support to our teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional manner
- Log service tickets and new job requests accurately
- Organise and coordinate logged calls and new orders
- Liaise with clients and provide service updates
- Prepare quotations for repairs and service work
- Provide technical and administrative support to field technicians
- Assist with site-related queries and fault diagnosis
- Liaise with suppliers and request pricing for required spares
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
