About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our team at Diverse Consulting Solutions in Johannesburg. As an Intermediate Digital IT Software Agile Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the Agile Scrum process for our clients in the Healthcare Industry. With 3-5 years of work experience as a Agile Scrum Master in the Healthcare Industry, we are looking for someone who can help our Scrum team achieve its full potential by delivering on its commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile Scrum process and ensure team adherence to Agile principles and values
- Run with multiple SDCLC methodologies across cross-functional teams
- Act as a facilitator to the Agile Scrum process and provide guidance to the Scrum team
- Coach/mentor people on Agile Scrum processes and practices
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings
- Help to resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions
Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience as a Agile Scrum Master in the Healthcare Industry
- Must have a Matric certificate
- Must have a Scrum Master Certificate – is essential
- Strong administration skills
- Broad understanding of Software Development, including IT terminology
- Ability to act as a facilitator

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary up to R48 000 CTC (full cost to company) – not negotiable
- Pension Fund of between 4% – 11% of your Monthly Salary will be deducted from your Monthly Salary, which is mandatory for all employees
