Responsibilities:

Develop, modify, and maintain RPG IV, RPG Free, and CL programs. Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues for optimal system performance. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Enhance business processes and optimize system functionality. Maintain and update technical documentation. Support legacy system migration and performance improvements. Provide production support and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 3-5 years of RPG programming experience on IBM I (AS/400). Proficiency in RPG IV, RPG Free, CL, SQL, and DB2. Experience in insurance or financial services (advantageous). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently & in a team. Knowledge of SDLC & Agile methodologies. Excellent communication & documentation skills.
