Job Summary
Software Engineer required to focus on the technical vision, design, and delivery of a cutting-edge risk management and integration platform for financial and capital markets. You will work on hyper-scalable, customer-centric SaaS solutions, collaborating with a dynamic team to address evolving client needs and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including designing, testing, and developing robust, scalable solutions.
- Diagnose technical challenges, propose effective solutions, and optimize system performance within the platform ecosystem.
- Assist in implementing seamless integrations between the platform and various internal/external systems, such as trading platforms and third-party services.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, scalability, and innovation.
- Adhere to coding standards, performance benchmarks, and security protocols in all development work.
- Participate in Agile development methodologies to ensure efficient and collaborative delivery cycles.
- Explore and apply new technologies, particularly in Artificial Intelligence, to enhance platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 13 years of experience in a Software Engineering role.
- Proficiency in Golang (or equivalent procedural languages like Rust, C, Erlang), NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB), JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with Python and CI/CD tools/practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to document technical solutions clearly and comprehensively.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing technologies, and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Experience in cloud computing and designing/implementing distributed applications.
- Experience in product development within a FinTech SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence applications in financial platforms.
