About the Role
Cable Installation Products (Pty) Ltd, a pioneer in the manufacturing of premium-quality electrical solutions since 1986, is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our internal sales team to achieve performance targets, ensuring efficient sales operations, exceptional customer service, and consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the internal sales team to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure sales quotes and orders are processed accurately and promptly.
- Follow up on quotations and maintain active engagement with clients.
- Build and manage client expectations to foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director and other leaders to develop sales strategies.
- Support the external sales and production teams with necessary information and coordination.
- Participate in pricing strategy discussions to support growth and competitiveness.
- Drive improvements in internal processes and customer service delivery.
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to new business initiatives.
- Establish and strengthen relationships across departments.
