Johannesburg: Invoicing Clerk posted by Chainlink Recruitment

We are looking for an invoicing clerk/Girl Friday 20 30 years old for a busy sales office enviroment with a positive can-do attitude, good mathematical skills, energetic.

Requirements:

• Will need to use the stairs from sales office to the warehouse often during the day
• Non smoker, healthy person
• Experience on palladium beneficial however if they have worked on pastel, they can be trained
• Must have their own car/transport, someone who lives close to the office so Randburg, east-rand, centurion, midrand, wendywood
• Matric essential and secretarial diploma/ experience
• We will even look at a matric school leaver with the right attitude that we will train
• Sober habits, well groomed, confident as they will be front line staff and deal with our customers every day
• Someone who can also pick up the phone and deal with the retail stores.
