Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Support Windows OS, Office 365, and business-critical software. Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory. Resolve network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi). Log, track, and resolve tickets within SLA. Maintain IT asset registers and documentation. Assist with basic server checks, backups, and patching. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Matric (Grade 12). A relevant IT qualification (A, N, MCSE, MCSA, or related certificates). Experience: 25 years experience in IT Desktop or Technical Support. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365. Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repairs. Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). Exposure to ticketing systems and remote support tools. Nice to Have: Azure Fundamentals or ITIL certification.
