Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the companys IT infrastructure, including network, servers, hardware, and software maintenance, ensuring optimal performance. Develop, implement, and manage the IT budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and costs are controlled. Lead the implementation and maintenance of robust IT security measures to protect company data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Manage IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting, to improve business processes and minimize downtime. Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and systems to drive improvements and potential cost savings. Collaborate with other departments to align IT initiatives with business goals, ensuring seamless integration with the companys overall strategy. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of data loss or system disruptions.
