IT Systems Engineer (Tier 2)
Are you a seasoned IT professional with strong technical skills and hands-on project implementation experience? A fast-paced team in Johannesburg is looking for an IT Systems Engineer (T2) who thrives in complex environments and delivers exceptional support across infrastructure, cloud, and networking.

What youll be doing:
Providing advanced desktop, server, and field support
Managing and resolving escalated tickets and major incidents
Implementing IT projects, onboarding new clients, and deploying infrastructure
Supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms
Troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, Linux, and network environments
Maintaining system documentation, backups, and performance monitoring
Delivering VIP support and clear technical communication to clients

What youll need:
Matric or NQF equivalent
A+ and N+ (CompTIA)
MCSA or equivalent (AZ900, MS900)
5+ years experience in IT support and field service roles
Proven experience in IT project implementation and client transitions
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, switches, routers, and telephony systems
Familiarity with ITIL and COBIT5 frameworks (certification is a plus)
Valid drivers license and reliable transport
Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
