Attend to all HR Management functions for a company of 70 staff members :- Recruitment and selection Posting job adverts Review CV’s Coordinate online interviews Liaise with Line Managers Background checks Hiring Onboarding Maintain personnel files Exit – resignations and dismissals Manage staff hours Co -ordinate training Performance management / disciplinary procedure CCMA matters Probation hearings Newsletter Company Zooms Payroll Manager meetings Mystery shopping Managers seminars Medical aid Update policies and procedures and company manuals Memos Leave days Dealing with complaints from Sales Consultants Diaries Gifts / anniversaries
