JNR INVOICING CLERK – TEMPORARY POSITION Matric Computer Literate MINIMUM 2 Years INVOICING experience ACCPAC experience Invoicing of Sales Orders/Pro-forma`s Checking of Stock, Shipping & Invoicing of Sales Orders / Pro-formas Verifying Invoices for processing Filing of documentation Controlling of all COD Customer Invoices for payment Assisting Debtors Clerk with outstanding COD`s report, Monthly Handling of Credit/Debit Card payments Customer Queries Processing Credit Notes Assisisting Admin Dept, if and when required Clean Criminal & Credit record – will be verified
