Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate

• Maintain and improve systems and internal solutions using SharePoint and SQL

• Identify automation opportunities across departments and translate business needs into technical workflows

• Collaborate within agile teams and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives

• Document processes, workflows and technical specifications for deployed solutions

• Monitor and fine-tune automation flows to ensure optimal performance

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation processes

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in IT or a related field (Bachelors degree or higher is advantageous)

• 12 years experience in automation, business process improvement, or systems development

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate (Microsoft Flow)

• Experience with SharePoint (creation, management, integration)

• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data queries and manipulation

• Exposure to Agile methodologies (working within sprints)

• Basic understanding of JIRA (advantageous)
