About the Role

As a Junior Client Management & Migration Associate, youll play a key role in supporting the onboarding and technical integration of new clients. Youll learn how to configure financial systems, interpret shared plan structures, and deliver meaningful client support throughout their journey. This position is perfect for someone whos organised, curious, and ready to grow their expertise in equity
compensation and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the core capabilities of the equity platform to support onboarding and migrations

• Configure client share plans based on provided specifications

• Respond to technical client queries related to plan set-up and platform use

• Assist in coordinating award issuance and trading processes

• Support live demos and training sessions with client stakeholders

• Manage follow-ups and ensure prompt resolution of client issues

• Liaise with product and development teams to enhance onboarding processes

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical ability

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of juggling multiple tasks

• A passion for learning, especially in fintech, equity plans, and client service

Nice to Have

• Internship or practical experience with financial systems, consulting, or accounting

• Basic coding skills (e.g., VBA) or interest in system configuration

• Familiarity with IFRS 2 or an interest in equity compensation accounting

• Background in data analysis, actuarial science, or mathematics
