Johannesburg: Junior Fund Accountant (SAIPA)

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review financial statements for funds and related entities. Assist with reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close processes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Support the team with VAT and income tax calculations and returns. Provide input on improvements to financial reporting processes and systems. Requirements: Completion of SAIPA Articles is essential. Professional accountant registration (SAIPA or equivalent) preferred. Strong understanding of fund accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel.
