Job Description

Requirements: LLB Degree and Admitted Attorney (12 years post-admission) Notary/Conveyancing experience advantageous Interest in real estate and construction Strong legal knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to work independently Key Responsibilities: Support legal administration and compliance, including POPIA requirements. Draft and update policies and legal agreements. Assist with development projects, property acquisitions, and finance documentation. Conduct legal research and draft opinions for the Senior Legal Advisor. Ensure standardized documentation and governance compliance.
