This role plays a critical part in achieving commercial objectives by identifying opportunities, negotiating solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of business initiatives that support the portfolio. The role will require: ü Understanding of the companion animal industry, trends and landscape ü A proven delivery of sales results and customer satisfaction ü Experience with developing and adapting strategic account plans based on in-depth understanding of customers needs ü The ability to maintain a high level of expertise with the evolving portfolio of products, services, pricing and competition ü Work in close collaboration with key stakeholders and resources to deliver on strategic plans to the customer ü The ability to work in a matrix organization and coordinate resources/requirements effectively ü Analytical thinking, to be able to make robust decisions using sound interpretation of data, information and processes ü Bring a vitality and enthusiasm that aligns with our dual (animal and people) purpose and business values The Key Account Manager Core Competencies include: 1.
