Key Responsibilities: Navigate technological shifts, regulatory compliance, and operational challenges to ensure a seamless and cost-effective trading experience Build and maintain strong relationships with business management and stakeholders Implement business transformation plans and foster an inclusive team culture Design and deliver customer service solutions aligned with organizational values and service standards Develop and manage budgets aligned to tactical delivery plans Lead teams to achieve performance targets and human capital objectives Develop tactical strategies and delivery plans supporting functional objectives Analyze reports and data to identify trends and discrepancies for decision-making Oversee IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance Ensure stability and maintenance of Finance and Risk platforms Manage and maintain monitoring toolsets Contribute to the development and implementation of IT strategy Identify and implement ideas, policies, and frameworks to enhance sales and profitability Monitor KPIs and engage technical teams to meet goals or address issues Provide thought leadership and evaluate emerging technologies for adoption Respond to stakeholder feedback and make improvements Select technology suppliers, vendors, and third-party integrations Establish effective relationships with collaborators and specialists for architectural decisions Represent technology and product to external stakeholders, partners, and investors Job Experience and Skills Required: Minimum 10 years in diverse technical management roles, preferably within a Global Markets environment. Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience. Strong knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle. Solid technical background in: Architecture, integration, data warehousing, APIs, business analysis, testing, and production software management. Deep understanding of the trade life cycle and finance related to trading asset classes and risk management. Experience with proactive technology monitoring and alerting tools. Familiarity with investment banking operations. Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and engagements. Strong understanding of multiple asset classes and banking products. Technical integration tools knowledge: Control-M, Tibco, Informatica, reporting tools, market data. Proficiency in mainstream programming languages: Java, C#, Python. Good knowledge of mainstream databases. Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and project/program management. Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills.
