About the Role

Goldman Tech is seeking an admitted advocate with a strong commercial background in Insurance and labour law to join our team as a Legal & Governance specialist. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to bring your skills and experience to life insurance, working closely with our company secretarial and governance functions to ensure compliance and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and guidance on insurance-related matters
Manage company secretarial functions, including company meetings and resolutions
Develop and implement governance policies and procedures
Oversee HR functions, focusing on employment agreements and employee relations
Collaborate with the Chief Compliance Officer to ensure segregation of duties between Legal and Compliance roles
