Strong commercial background specifically focused in Insurance & labour law
Company secretarial and governance
The regulator requires a segregation of duties between the Chief Compliance Officer role and the Legal role.
The person will be responsible for Legal, Company Secretarial, Governance and HR (not from a payroll administration perspective, but from the perspective of setting policies and employment agreements)
Education: Admitted Advocate
Experience: 3 -5 Years experience
