Join a leading financial institution as the AI & Data Science Manager, where you’ll drive innovation, lead a talented data science team, and embed data-driven intelligence across the business. Align with the bank’s strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the bank’s AI strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data scientists to deliver world-class AI/ML solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML models – from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI-driven opportunities that deliver measurable impact.
• Ensure AI/ML models meet ethical, regulatory, and governance standards.
• Champion a data-driven culture and establish best practices for AI adoption across the bank.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s/PhD in Information Technology, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI/ML model development, deployment, and leadership.
• Strong skills in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Cloud AI expertise on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in financial services or banking analytics.
• Knowledge of MLOps and AI model governance frameworks.
• Exposure to Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision technologies.
