Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and growth plan for the Technology Division
- Drive year-on-year revenue growth and commercial expansion
- Oversee SLA service delivery , uptime, and monitoring performance
- Build strong relationships with major corporate accounts and partners
- Lead and develop high-performing operational teams
Requirements
- 10 years of senior leadership experience in technology, electronic security, or high-growth B2B
- Strong knowledge of electronic security, surveillance systems, monitoring platforms , and SIoT
- Proven ability to scale a division , lead teams, and drive revenue growth
- Confident stakeholder management and calm decision-making under pressure
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology
Salary & Benefits
R40 000 – R60 000 per month (CTC)
