About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor/Fleet Controller/Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics and fleet management, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate logistics and transportation operations
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of goods
- Monitor and control fleet maintenance schedules and budgets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in fleet management or logistics supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. NQF level 4 or higher) in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
