A leading provider of flexible staffing recruitment solutions has an opportunity for a customer-oriented Managing Executive in Gauteng. Responsible for overall strategic, operational, and financial performance of the agency. This role demands a visionary leader with extensive experience in the temporary staffing industry, preferably across African continent. The Managing Executive will drive strategic initiatives, oversee all aspects of the agencys operations to ensure sustainable growth exception service delivery, at the same time as being client facing and driving new growth sales for the brand. Minimum 7 years experience in the sales and/or client support, experience managing a temporary / contingent recruitment business would be advantageous Minimum of 3years leadership experience with demonstrated success building and leading support and client relationship management teams. Experience and an existing network in Africa would be advantageous Track record of growing a similar type business in the South Africa or African market Strong existing network within the temporary/contingent industry would be advantageous Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce and Management Studies Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the companys strategic plan to achieve business goals and objectives. Identify market opportunities and drive the companys growth and expansion strategies. Provide visionary leadership and direction to all departments within the agency. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the companys budget, ensuring financial health and sustainability. Monitor financial performance, analysing key metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed. Report financial and operational performance to the CEO or Board of Directors. Client and Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for major clients and resolve high-level issues. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing management team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Implement talent development programs to ensure the continuous growth and development of employees. Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors. Adjust strategies and operations to maintain a competitive edge. Identify new service offerings and market segments for growth. Business Development: Drive business development initiatives to attract new clients and expand market share.
