Job Description:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of marketing tasks, including administrative support, social media content creation and management, and graphic and video design. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a passion for creativity, organization, and digital marketing.
- Marketing Administration
- Act as the main point of contact for administrative tasks within the marketing department.
- Coordinate marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on track.
- Maintain and update marketing calendars, including campaign schedules, content plans, and event timelines.
- Compile and distribute performance reports for campaigns, social media, and other marketing activities.
- Organize and manage digital marketing assets, ensuring they are stored appropriately and easily accessible.
- Social Media Creation and Management
- Develop and monthly schedules which are engaging, audience-specifi content for multiple social media platforms.
- Work with Founders and the Graphic Designer for content and sign off each month
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, including responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct research to identify trending topics, hashtags, and platform update to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with team members to develop social media campaigns that align with client objectives.
- Video and Graphic Design Support
- Create visually appealing graphics for a variety of uses, including social media posts, advertisements, presentations, and print materials.
- Assist in the creation and editing of video content, including promotional videos, client testimonials, and event highlights.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
- Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns, visual assets, and client projects.
- General Marketing Support
- Contribute to content creation efforts, including writing blog posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and case studies.
- Assist with website updates using CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Support the execution of marketing strategies for both internal projects and client campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and improve existing strategies.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, social media, or design-focused role.
- Experience working within or alongside the recruitment industry is a plus but not essential.
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms and management tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premier Pro
- Experience using content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
- Ability to analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics or social media insights.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and visuals.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
