About the Role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will own the day-to-day execution of digital marketing and content activity across multiple platforms, ensuring the brand story is communicated consistently and effectively while driving measurable engagement, lead generation, and website performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and coordinate the brand narrative across all platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, podcasts, and website content
  • Create and publish social media content, including posts, stories, reels, short-form video, and promotional assets
  • Manage and grow social media engagement, followers, and platform performance against defined KPIs
  • Run and optimise Google Ads and paid social campaigns while tracking performance against lead generation outcomes
  • Develop lead magnets and digital campaigns that contribute to inbound lead generation and workshop attendance
  • Maintain and optimise website content, SEO performance, backlinks, and lead source attribution
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics, including engagement, reach, website traffic, lead volume, and campaign performance
  • Repurpose podcasts, workshops, customer stories, and long-form content into multi-platform marketing assets
  • Build and maintain efficient content systems and workflows across the wider team
  • Identify and implement AI tools to improve campaign execution, reporting, and content production efficiency

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media management, or marketing coordination roles
  • Strong understanding of social media management, lead generation, SEO, and website content management
  • Experience analysing marketing data and using performance metrics to improve campaigns and content outcomes
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and content streams simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.)

Salary & Benefits

  • R30 000 – R35 000 per annum (flexible for highly experienced and independent candidates)
