Job Description

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment.
2. Assemble, install, and align machinery components according to specifications.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing effective solutions.
4. Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
5. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability.
6. Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
7. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

1. Must have own toolbox.
2. Must have own PPE
3. Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter or similar role.
4. Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter.
5. Proficient in reading technical drawings and schematics.
6. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
7. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
