Job Summary
Responsibilities:
• Supervision & Management: Oversee mechanical installations, including solar panel mounting structures, trackers, and mechanical balance of systems. • Quality Control: Ensure all mechanical components are installed in compliance with project drawings, standards, and industry best practices. • Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring safe working conditions on-site. • Team Coordination: Lead and manage mechanical teams, including technicians, welders, and riggers, ensuring smooth workflow. • Project Execution: Monitor project schedules, identify potential delays, and work with project managers to resolve issues. • Material Management: Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the availability of required mechanical components. • Reporting: Maintain daily and weekly reports on project progress, site challenges, and solutions. • Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with electrical supervisors, civil engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
