About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Claims Assessor to join our team in Sandton, Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing medical claims for customers and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess medical claims for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Resolve claim discrepancies and negotiate with providers as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of claims and communication with customers

Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12 certification
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in dealing with medical aid claims for customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
