Responsibilities:

Implementation & Solution Delivery Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Analyse business requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows. Configure, customize, and optimize financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting. Implement supply chain management (if applicable), including procurement, inventory, and warehouse management. Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O. Consulting & Business Analysis Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and map them to system capabilities. Develop functional specifications for system enhancements, integrations, and reporting. Conduct gap analysis and suggest best practices to improve financial operations. Train and guide business users on system functionality and drive user adoption. Integration & Data Management Work with development teams to integrate Dynamics 365 F&O with third-party applications (e.g., Power BI, Azure, CRM). Ensure data migration and data integrity from legacy systems. Assist in designing financial reports using Power BI, SSRS, or other reporting tools. Governance & Compliance Ensure the system complies with IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations. Work with IT security teams to enforce role-based access controls (RBAC) and data security.
