About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Designer to join our team, responsible for developing control concepts for Automation systems based on RFQs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical processes and be able to apply electrical principles to ensure sound operation of company projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Development of control concepts for Automation systems based on RFQs
- Development of detailed bill of materials from control concepts
- Documentation of control concept in E-Plan software
- Continual improvement of design philosophy based on international and local electrical standards
Requirements
- Matric National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Light Current) advantageous
- 3 Years experience in E-Plan version 8
- Strong understanding of electrical processes
- Knowledge of SANS 10142 Electrical panel building skills
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Drivers License and own transport essential
- Flexible and able to work overtime on short notice
