Minimum requirements: Minimum qualification Grade 12 Preferred qualification certificate in cost estimation will be advantageous 3 – 4 years experience in a cost estimation position Proficient in MS Excel Valid Drivers Licence and own vehicle Key Responsibilities Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability. Project Costing and Pricing: Develop and execute project costing models, ensuring accurate cost estimation and pricing. Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them. Estimating and Pricing Prepare accurate cost estimates for all company project requests, including materials, labour, and overheads Analyse project requirements, specifications, and drawings to determine costs.
