Job Summary
A South African company specialising in wills and estates has a really great opportunity for a mid to senior graphic designer to join their team. What you need to have: Design qualification, preferably a BA or BTech in graphic design, multimedia or related 5 years’ marketing department (preferably corporate environment) or creative agency experience Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with great time-management and collaboration skills, exceptional attention to detail and in-depth understanding of design principles Graphic design, layout (critically important) and image manipulation DTP: traditional (preparing artwork for print and production) DTP: digital (optimising artwork for various digital and online platforms) Multi-tasker with good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks Team player willing to pitch in on all aspects of design requirements Ability to perform well under pressure Excellent command of English, both written and spoken Multimedia/UI design is a bonus Type of design work you`ll be doing: forms, reports, guides, presentations, brochures, social media creative, emails (including implementation on platforms such as Mailchimp or Everlytic), sales and training material, events collateral, branding and signage, logo design Core software proficiencies: Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft PowerPoint Bonus proficiencies: Mailchimp / Everlytic, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, XD
