- Grade 12
- Trade Tested : Millwright must be Olifantsfontein Trade Tested (before 1999)
- 3 Years Manufacturing exp after Trade Test
- 3 years exp Allen Bradley PLC Fault-finding
- 3 years exp on AC/DC DRIVES
- 3 years exp on Panel Wiring
- 3 years exp on Pneumatics and Hydraulics
DUTIES
- Complete proactive and planned maintenance tasks on mechanical and electrical equipment
- Fault finding using PLC as a fault-finding tool
- Testing and evaluating equipment for irregularities then repairing the same
- Investigation problem areas by reding and working from electrical and mechanical drawings
- Safety installations and compliance
- Using the planned maintenance system with reference to the incline maintenance schedules and shutdown maintenance schedules
