Full-function accounting and financial management Ensure statutory and financial compliance, taxes, manage payroll and support HR Financial statements, management and business health analysis and reporting Implement and manage strict financial controls, improve efficiencies and reduce costs across the business Optimise ERP system for complex inventory and multiple-process manufacturing, full traceability and interconnected warehouses Budget consolidation and cash flow management Manage and develop financial strategy, including risk minimisation plans and opportunity forecasting Qualifications BCom/BCom (Hons) in Accounting Skills Syspro Experience Essential 10 Years Experience in Manufacturing Costing & Inventory Effective Team Management Technically strong Must be a doer and can handle pressure
