Relevant post graduate qualifications, albeit technical, management or business related could be advantageous Skills 10 to 15 years in contracts and commercial management. Particular knowledge of Construction Contract suites such as FIDIC, NEC, JBCC and GCC. Proven leadership in managing complex EPS/EPC/EPCM projects and contract portfolios. Demonstrated experience in strategic negotiations and dispute resolution. Experience in mentoring and leading contract administration teams. Experience in negotiating commercial terms with Suppliers. Proficiency in drafting of bespoke agreements, NDAs and credit applications. A thorough understanding of Mercantile and Contract Law. A proper grasp of contracts management principals. The end-to-end Supply Chain process. Good understanding of Engineering processes. Claim management proficiency. Financial acumen.
