• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Actuarial Analysts.
• Translate business objectives into actuarial models, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Perform reserving, SAM and IFRS reporting, and deliver data-driven insights.
• Oversee model deployment, testing, and monitoring to support profitability and growth.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s / Honors in Actuarial Science (essential).
• Nearly or fully qualified actuary, or making strong progress towards qualification.
• Minimum 5 years actuarial experience, with at least 3 years in short-term insurance.
• Proven experience in reserving, SAM, and IFRS reporting (essential).
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage teams.
• Strong technical skills in actuarial/statistical software, ResQ (advantageous), and advanced MS Office.
