Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and enhance actuarial and predictive models from the ground up
- Apply machine learning to create smart, forward-looking solutions
- Own your work – no micromanagement, just initiative and results
- Work across new and existing modelling projects, both exploratory and business-focused
- Collaborate with a sharp, driven team in an on-site, fast-paced office environment
- Bring fresh ideas to the table and help push model accuracy and performance further
What You Bring:
- At least 4 actuarial exams completed
- 3+ years building and maintaining models (actuarial and/or predictive)
- Solid programming skills – Python, R, or similar tools are a big plus
- Experience applying machine learning in a modelling context
- Financial services background preferred
- Sharp problem-solver who enjoys working in a team that moves fast and thinks big
- Office-based availability – ready to roll up your sleeves and collaborate in person

– Build, maintain, and enhance actuarial and predictive models from the ground up.

Requirements:
– Minimum 4 actuarial exams completed.
– 3+ years experience in building and maintaining models (actuarial and/or predictive).
– Strong technical and programming skills, ideally with exposure to Python, R, or similar tools.
– Experience in machine learning applications in modelling.
– Financial services industry experience preferred.
– Strong problem-solver, quick thinker, and eager to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
– Must be office-based and ready to contribute in person.
