• Deliver actuarial consulting solutions across life insurance domains (product development, reserving, embedded value, capital modelling, etc.)
• Support and lead client engagements, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
• Apply analytical tools (Python, R, Excel VBA) to optimize models and enhance reporting efficiency
• Contribute to strategic projects that influence financial performance and business outcomes

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Fully qualified Actuary (FASSA or international equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within the life insurance space
• Technical exposure to IFRS17, SAM, and automation tools such as Python / R / Excel VBA
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills — able to translate complex findings into clear business insights
• A natural collaborator who thrives in client-facing and high-performing team environments
